Purpose and Basis of Processing Your Personal Data, and Your Relevant Rights
Since we act as the Data Controller within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation, especially within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), we, Eçözüm Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (The “Company”), process the personal data of you, our potential customers, customers, suppliers and their contact persons and those who visit our Company, in accordance with the aforementioned laws, in order to fulfill our purposes and legal obligations mentioned below. As it has been up to now, these personal data will be processed and stored for the periods specified by the Law, based on your express consent or the exceptions granted in the Law, by taking data security measures, provided that they are not used outside of the purposes and scope determined by our Company.

Within the framework of the data processing purposes listed above, our company transfers the personal data it obtains for the purposes specified in the table above, provided that it complies with the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and takes the necessary security measures.
Your personal data is collected electronically and processed for the purposes listed herein. As the personal data subject, you may use your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law by applying to our Company, which is the Data Controller, at any time.
In order to exercise your rights specified in the Law, you may submit an original signed petition in which you clearly state which of your rights you want to use, or the form found here, alongside the documents verifying your identity in line with the information in the form. Written applications containing the above-mentioned requests to our company from the data subject will be responded to within 30 (thirty) days.
Applications will be made free of charge unless a fee tariff is published by the decision to be taken by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the responses to the applications exceed 10 (ten) pages, a processing fee of TL 1.00 (one) will be charged for each page. If the response is requested to be given in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, a fee will be charged according to the cost of the requested recording medium.
If you are acting on behalf of someone else on this matter, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and document your power, and the application must contain your identity and address information, and the documents proving your identity must be attached to the application.
