If you do not want your historical data to be kept when you visit sites, you can activate your private browsing by following the steps "Safari -> icon -> Private -> Done". 

You can follow the steps "Settings -> Safari -> Block All Cookies" to block cookies. However, some websites and features may not work properly when you block cookies.

On Android Devices: 

To clear your cookies, you can follow the steps "Chrome app -> Settings -> Privacy -> Clear browsing data -> Cookies, media licenses and site data -> Clear Data". You can allow or block cookies with the "Chrome App -> Settings -> Site Settings -> Cookies" option.
